Cycle-Rama built an 88" Buell on "the edge".  We needed to get more life out of the bike between upgrades so we decided to try a Thermal Cycling process.  The Buell has performed flawlessly.  Cycle-Rama has won many Dyno shootouts and Dyno drags, the most well known being the Horsepower shootout in Daytona for the past 8 years with the same motor.

Cycle-Rama was contacted by a race team to build a Buell motor that would go 200mph at Bonneville.  We knew we could make the horesepower, but we needed to be sure that the motor would hold up to multiple passes down the salt at speed.  We decided to have the enire motor treated with Thermal Cycling.  History was made and the Buell set the recorded at 202.98mph.
