For more than a decade, Thermal Technology Services, Inc, the parent company of Harmonic Footprinting, LLC. under the direction of its founder Frank Masyada, has provided its proprietary Thermal Cycling process to businesses and government agencies alike.
Frank Masyada has applied his technology to improve the life expectancy of vehicle brakes, bridge joints, oil rigs, industrial tools, weapons, engine parts, even surgical instruments.
Frank began his study of the effects of molecular reorganization in Massachusetts. Later, he moved the company to Largo, Florida, where he expanded his research beyond Thermal Cycling and into Harmonic Footprinting.
In fact, just a few months after opening his shop in Largo, the CEO of a local golf firm asked if Frank could apply his technology to the metals in golf shafts and drivers. Today, after Thermal Cycling over 90,000 clubs, drivers can get as much as 15-20 feet further down the fairway, while pro golfers say the other clubs strike truer and with less "Swing Noise".
For the last few years, Frank has concentrated on advancing Thermal Cycling to include school bus brakes.
No other company has spent its research and development time to for this. Yet there are literally hundreds of thousands of school buses nationwide. He concentrated on school buses for 2 reasons.
First, municipalities spend millions on maintaining school buses. One of the most expensive cost centers are brake maintenance, given the constant stop and go the buses experience daily. Expanding the brake's life expectancy dramatically reduces municipality overhead.
Second, Thermal Cycled brakes are safer. Mass manufactured bus brakes have imperfections at the molecular level. When applied quickly or in rain or snow, the bus can swerve or skid. Thermal cycled bus brakes reduce the imperfections, resulting in stronger, more dense brakes. Swerving or skidding is dramatically reduced. For school buses, this is exceptional.
For this reason, Frank Mayada concentrated his efforts on school bus brakes. Now municipality after municipality is converting to Thermal Cycled brakes.
